Educe - according to Oxford dictionary means "bring out or develop (something latent or potential)". It also means "infer from data".
Why I chose this... well, it sounds good for starters but on a serious note, I think, given the gross violations by humans on this planet in every facet of existence, there is always something we all have to learn and develop - from things that are potentially good in us and which has become latent over time...
